fantastic stay
large rooms extra security
I found the rooms quite large and modern. They included everything i needed. staff members were very friendly. i liked that nobody could get in at night without a keycard, and the lifts required a keycard during the day. this provided an extra layer of security (i felt very protected!).

my comfort double room had porthole windows i liked. the room included multiple pillows, so i slept well. i found the bed comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with modern amenities.

the hotel's location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, including the harbour and st pauli. it provides easy access to nearby transport links, which i used all the time. the hotel also has a quirky design, that i liked.

Breakfast was solid with many options (especially the pancakes!). the breakfast service is in an adjacent building, which i thought was unusual. there was a wide and tasty selection of food. I enjoyed it very much.

Adequate stay. Some issues noted
dusty room unpleasant smell
the location was good, close to many attractions.
The room wasn't very clean. There was dust everywhere. i also disliked the hotel soap. It had an unpleasant smell. i think they should consider a different soap line.

A Love Letter to the City
central location modern design immediate help
This location felt so right. It gave us access to everything. The room offered space and modern design, a true sanctuary after our travels. Staff showed such kindness. They provided help immediately when we needed something.
The parking situation caused a little stress. The public parking area made finding a spot challenging, and this detracted from our arrival.

modern design high ceilings breakfast buffet
The room featured a modern design and it had high ceilings. The shower was spacious with good water pressure. I found a wide variety of items at the breakfast buffet , including fresh fruit and pastries.
The gym equipment showed slight signs of wear.
